Our AI Mentor analyzes your learning patterns, quiz performance, and progress to provide personalized recommendations. It identifies areas where you need improvement and suggests targeted resources, practice exercises, and optimal study schedules tailored to your goals.

Yes! Universities can upload CSV or Excel files to enroll multiple students at once. Simply go to Admin Management, click "Bulk Enrollment," and upload your file with student names and email addresses. The system will automatically send invitation emails to all enrolled students.

We accept payments through Paystack, which supports various payment methods including credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfers, and mobile money. All transactions are secured with bank-level encryption to protect your payment information.

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder or contact our support team for assistance.

Currently, our courses require an internet connection to access. However, we're working on an offline mode feature that will allow you to download course content for offline viewing. Stay tuned for updates!
